Returns Exchange & Policy
• If I
receive a faulty/damaged packaged product from Touras Tech Global PVT LTD &
Touras India PVT LTD, what should I do in that case?
• Extensive
quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our
customers. In any case, if anything improper is found with the delivered
products by Touras Tech Global PVT LTD & Touras India PVT LTD, you can
contact our customer service and they will be more than happy to assist you in
reaching a resolution.
• If the
return is approved and the return process is completed, the refund amount will
be credited to your original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Indian Customers:
• If any
product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are asked by us to
e-mail the images of the faulty/damaged packet as soon as you open the packet.
Once we receive the damaged packet, we will ship a duplicate order to you. In
case the required product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
• If I have
to return the product ordered from Touras Tech Global PVT LTD & Touras
India PVT LTD, how can I do that?
• For
Indian editions:
Anyways, if the product(s) purchased is no more required by
you, you can write to us in that regard on “email-id” within 48 hours (2 days)
of obtaining the purchased order. You can also return the shipment, if
unopened, for a repayment or gift voucher for the same amount. However, in such
a condition, we regret to inform you that we would not be able to compensate
for the shipping charges spend by you.
